Meggers, Evans y Estrada son los que motivan descubrimientos de culturas costeñas como : Valdivia, Machalilla, Chorrera, Bahía, Jama Coaque, Tejar, Milagro, Jambeli.&#13;
"Es a la luz de los referidos nuevos descubrimientos en Ecuador, y de similares últimos descubrimientos y redefiniciones o aclaraciones en Perú, que podemos ensayar una correlación de culturas entre los dos países vecinos, y concretar los elementos de similitud.                 <text>El objetivo de esta investigación es visibilizar los efectos del racismo en términos de desigualdad en los pueblos indígenas y proponer contenidos de políticas públicas que contribuyan a eliminar el racismo y cerrar brechas de desigualdad. En este estudio se intenta acercarse a un marco conceptual interdisciplinario y multidimensional que dé cuenta de los elementos teóricos y metodológicos que permitan comprender la dinámica y complejidad del racismo institucional y de la importancia de teorizar el racismo para mostrar los efectos de poder que se concretan en políticas públicas y en desigualdades económicas, sociales y políticas.&#13;
Con base en siete ejes analíticos: 1) el racismo como una construcción social e histórica; 2) el racismo como ideología; 3) el racismo en un contexto colonial y moderno; 4) el racismo como mecanismo de poder del Estado; 5) el enfoque histórico político del racismo; 6) racismo e&#13;
interseccionalidad, y 7) la resistencia y el racismo, se hace un análisis que retoma el conocimiento teórico interdisciplinario para mostrar la dinámica y complejidad del racismo, así como también los efectos que produce y que se materializan en desigualdades económicas, políticas y sociales.
